Choose from either an A3 or A4 size print.
Should you wish to order your print in a different size to fit a specific frame then please do contact us to arrange.
Printed Card Stock:
Choose from a budget, medium or luxury card stock.
Budget Gloss = 170gsm An economical gloss poster paper with a white satin finish and smooth coating.
Budget Matte = 180gsm An economical matt art paper with a white finish.
Medium = 285gsm A slightly textured luxury paper offering a high quality print.
Luxury = 315gsm A heavy-duty watercolour paper with a rough textured finish and a matte surface. The paper has a warm white hue providing a perfect surface for a precious keepsake print.
Please note: Actual colours may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor, laptop, tablet and phone screen has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently.
We try to show all of our products as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor.

- Couples full names and wedding date for the heart wood slices at the bottom of the tree.
- Their childrens names and dates of birth
- Their grandchildrens names and dates of birth
and so on...
A design proof showing the personalisation will be emailed to you once payment has been received.
We aim to send this proof to you with 48 hours of ordering, however times may be slightly longer at peak times of the year.
Please check all the details on your print as this is the only time to have anything altered and/or added. Once you have confirmed the proof is correct we will print your personalised design.
Delivery Cost:
The delivery cost is not included and is added at the check out.
You should expect your delivery within 10 working days after you have confirmed the design proof is correct. Please allow sufficient time for ordering your personalised items as there may be a delay at busy times.
Our products are sent securely with Royal Mail or a courier company depending on the item. We either provide a tracking number or recieve proof of postage depdnig on the postal method.

As our prints are personalised and made-to-order they are non-refundable, unless faulty.
If your print arrives damaged or faulty please contact us to enquire about a refund.
