Please also include your email address so if anything has been missed we can contact you for the relevant details.

 

Missing any of the above information?  We can tailor each design to include the details that you have.

 

A design proof showing the personalisation will be emailed to you once payment has been received.

 

We aim to send this proof to you with 48 hours of ordering, however times may be slightly longer at peak times of the year. 

 

Please check all the details on your print as this is the only time to have anything altered and/or added.  Once you have confirmed the proof is correct we will print your personalised design.

 

Delivery Cost:

The delivery cost is not included and is added at the check out.

 

You should expect your delivery within 10 working days after you have confirmed the design proof is correct. Please allow sufficient time for ordering your personalised items as there may be a delay at busy times.

 

Our products are sent securely with Royal Mail Signed Delivery. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your item has been posted.

As our prints are personalised and made-to-order they are non-refundable, unless faulty.

 

If your print arrives damaged or faulty please contact us to enquire about a refund.
