A design proof will be sent to you via email upon payment of your personalised framed print. We aim to send this email to you with 48 hours.
Please check all the details on your print as this is the only time to have anything altered and/or added. Once you have confirmed the proof is correct we will print your personalised design. Expect delivery within 5 working days after confirming the proof.
Delivery Cost: The delivery cost is not included and is added at the check out point. Standard delivery charge for a framed print is HK$60 although this may increase if you purchase more items.
Delivery for our framed prints is currently only available within Hong Kong.
You should expect your delivery within 5 working days after the proof has been confirmed.
Our products are sent securely via the HongKong Post Tracking system.
Please note: Prints that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, are non-refundable, unless faulty.
