For this birth plate please add the following into the custom field opposite;
- Baby name
- Date of birth
- Time of Birth
- Birth weight
Since all our designs are made in-house please let us know if you do not wish to include all the baby personalisation details.

Small: 20.5cm Diameter
The small plate has a slight raised edge to the design (see small plate photo as the small and large plate style is slightly different)
Large: 25.4cm Diameter
The large plate has a smooth surface overall (see large plate photo as the small and large plate style is slightly different)

Plate Material:
Our personalised birth plates are made from melamine and are drop and break resistant, they are easy to clean and dishwasher safe.
Designs are printed onto the front of the plate, while the back is kept clean and neutral; the perfect contrast.
Displaying your Birth Plate:
We recommend either hanging your personalised birth plate on the wall either using a wire plate hanger or a self-adhesive wall sticker. Or simply use a plate display stand should you wish for the plate to be placed on top of a surface.
